Summary:
Provide Technical support on PLC equipment in all manufacturing areas to maintain its optimum efficiency. Ensure H&S;, communication & reports, people & morale, delivery of results, quality of product & systems .
Main Responsibilities:
Observes functioning of installed PLC equipment to detect hazards, problems, and the need for service, repair and/or replacement of electrical and electronics components.
Reads and understands electronic and electrical schematics; draws sketches to clarify design details and functional criteria of electronic units.
Monitor, install and configure AC and DC drives and troubleshooting
Assembles experimental circuitry of complete prototype models according to engineering instruction, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components and their functions.
Recommends changes in circuitry of installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.
Required to maintain backups of programs from all VFD’s, HMI and PLC program.
Familiar and hands on with network topology and trouble shooting.
Understands and is able to trouble-shoot and repair solid-state motor drives, solid-state temperature controllers, and computer-based controller and PLCs.
Sets up standard test apparatus or contrives test equipment and circuitry; conducts functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production models.
Analyzes and interprets data from solid-state motor drives and controllers scope meters and other troubleshooting equipment.
Adjusts, calibrates and aligns circuitry and components and records effects on unit performance.
Must be able to check newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.
Report any HSE incident using appropriate reporting form and liaise closely with QC and HSE to correct possible deviations from the standards
المهارات
Diploma in Electronic with 3-5 Year Experience
Bachelor in Electronics Engineering with 2 Year Experience
2-5 Years post qualification experience in PLC Maintenance preferably on Blow Mold, Injection Mold, PET Lines, Filling Lines, Oil Refineries and Printing Lines
Good knowledge in pneumatic automated circuit.
Familiar and hands on with Siemens, Allenbradely, ABB, Modicon, Mitsubishi, Omoron and LG PLC’s
Ability to manage multiple tasks,
Ability to work under pressure
