الوصف الوظيفي
Objectives: Maintain all Industrial machineries including forklift in all manufacturing areas in its optimum efficiency by providing technical skills
Main Duties:Carry out servicing & repair work for all kinds of forklift and machineryPerform troubleshooting, general repairs, major overhauls or replacement of engines and gearbox parts and etc.Attend to equipment breakdown within factory and outside facilitiesProvide technical support and servicing to all production line team leadersInspection and testing of forklifts on regular basis to ensure condition are well functioning accordance to RegulationsPrepare reports and other related documents for all maintenance activities.Ensure work meets the service standards and on scheduleFollow safety guidelines during repair workInform Maintenance Supervisor on repair problems, if any.Work with the team in the external facilities of the plant as instructed by maintenance supervisorReport any HSE incident using appropriate reporting form and liaise closely with QC and HSE to correct possible deviations from the standardsEnsure that all work done and material used must meet and with the compliance of the guidelines set by the management

المهارات
High School with 5+ years of forklift servicing/maintenance experience.
Diploma in automotive/mechanical with 2-3 years of forklift servicing/maintenance experience.
Good communication skill
Hard Working and Dedicated
Excellent machine servicing/maintenance skills
Good knowledge of HSE Guidelines
Extensive experience of forklift operations & trouble shooting
Good Team Member
