Minor Work Proiect Coordinator- Mechanical Enqineer (Key) :

Educational Requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university

Work Experience Requirements Minimum of Five (5) years of experience in related field of work in a large building and facilities maintenance organization.

Preparation of job order with drawings and complete required technical details as per allotted time and budget.

Coordination with sub-contractor for completion of job as per scope of work in allotted time. Site inspection/ coordination with site supervisors.

Should have experience in designing the HVAC and small bore of piping project, should and able to write the project specification with Estimation.

Assist in operation and repair of mechanical equipment of large buildings and facilities.

Guides draftsmen on work projects as required

He should have knowledge in operating the Computer with Basic Auto-Cad designing software.

Must have valid Saudi Driving license.

Must be fluent and literate in English.
