Minor Works Proiects Coordinator- Civil I Structural Enqineer (Kev) :

Educational Requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering from a recognized university

Work Experience Requirements Minimum of Five (5) years of experience in related field of work in a large building and facilities maintenance organization.

Preparation of job order with drawings and complete required technical details as per allotted time and budget.

Coordination with sub-contractor for completion of job as per scope of work in allotted time. Site inspection/ coordination with site supervisors.

Provides necessary design support to all building facilities and minor works projects and assists as necessary during construction or repair work. Guides draftsmen on work projects as required,

Guides Engineers and Supervisors on work projects as required.

He should have knowledge in operating the Computer with Basic AutoCad and 2D-3D designing software.

Must have valid Saudi Driving license

Must be fluent and literate in English
