Trouble Desk Operator (TDO):

Educational Requirements. Three (3) Years Diploma in Communication operator or equivalent. Work Experience Requirements Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in related field in a large building and facilities maintenance organization.

Must have written knowledge in English and Arabic.

Must have experience and capable in handling written and oral complaints and to log request for repair and dispatch them to proper work unit for timely response.

Should work in related field or as a trouble desk telephone operators.

Should have knowledge in operating of Computer with Oracle operating system.

Must be fluent and literate in the Arabic and English language
