Medical Insurance Specialist (Job Location: Yanbu – KSA)
Job Objective:
To maintain quality medical services for employees by handling all company’s medical related issues from both sides administrative and technical.
Job Description:
1. Update company medical policies and procedures.
2. Verify medical reports and invoices.
3. Negotiate and assist closing medical agreements and contracts.
4. Follow up medical claims.
5. Analyze, update and report medical records.
6. Participate in reducing medical losses.
7. Enhance health awareness within company.
8. Estimating and controlling annual medical budget.
9. Ensure legal compliance by following company policies, procedures, guidelines, as well as Saudi medical regulations.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, mainly in Preventive Medicine - Family Medicine - General Medicine or relevant.
(8) Years of related experience of which at least five (4) years in supervisory position.
General physician knowledge. (Preferred in KSA or GCC)
Organize Administration documents and has SAP knowledge.
Medical procedures awareness.
