Urgently required Maintenance Manager
Job Description :
• Coordinates, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance schedules.
• Establishes job priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff.
• Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance with company’s standards.
• Serves as safety representative for maintaining related safety records.
• Maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance schedule, equipment installation and structure repairs.
• Plans preventive, predictive maintenance to reduce down time.
• Manages and supervises corrective maintenance.
• Manages and organizes workflow in a workshop include lathe machines, milling machines…
• Manages maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses
• Supervises and lead a team of forty staff
• Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned by Factory Manager
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree mechanical or industrial.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in practical industrial field with minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
• Good knowledge in steel fabrication
• previous experience in Gypsum or cement production
• Good knowledge in machines installation, erection and fitting.
• Excellent computer skills
• Good language skills
Salary : 3000 USD
