Strategy: • Monitoring the department’s strategy in line with the directions, objectives, roles and responsibilities of the Department of Institutional Excellence and Total Quality, and developing work plans to support the activation of quality and studies and implementing them in line with the strategic management plan. • The tasks of managing the approved budget for the department and ensuring the optimal use of resources, and submitting periodic reports to the Director of the Department of Institutional Excellence and Total Quality or any of the officials of the General Authority for Statistics upon request. - Executive: • Developing and governing policies for the administration and the General Authority for Statistics and supporting the activation of quality and studies. And follow-up on the department’s activities related to planning, activation support, and studies and ensuring their implementation in a timely, efficient and effective manner. These activities include, but are not limited to: • Evaluating the current situation, collecting data on future quality expectations, and evaluating the Authority’s current levels of maturity. • Developing the long-term quality plan of the General Authority for Statistics in line with the outputs of the current situation assessment. • Prepare annual aggregate budget and associated presentations and communications and monitor actual expenditures in comparison to planned budget. • Preparing analyzes and reports on the expected benefits of existing and expected initiatives. • Monitor the implementation of the annual quality plan and update the long-term and annual quality plan. • Supporting the internal audit in planning to support the activation of policies and providing it with the necessary reports on the levels of measuring the actual implementation of policies. • Ensure that quality policies and procedures are in accordance with standards, and are effective and complete. • Supporting a specialist in documenting and developing procedures and quality to improve performance based on feedback and observations in the administrative operations of the Authority.
المهارات
To have completed courses specialized in total quality and institutional excellence. • Sufficient knowledge in organizational planning or development plus 2-3 years practical experience in similar roles. • Adequate knowledge of the basics, concepts, theories and methodologies of quality planning. • Sufficient knowledge in the field of planning and administrative development. • To have obtained one of the professional certificates in the field of quality, such as: (Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015, 6 Sigma).
