Duties and Responsibilities

5.1 To evaluate and give medical care to all patients presenting to ambulatory care area Emergency Department.

5.2 Make initial diagnosis, treatment and referral recommendation of the ambulatory stable patients.

5.3 To triage the critically ill and urgent cases to the critical care area in Emergency Department.

5.4 To encourage post graduate education activities in the department.

5.5 Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the team of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

5.6 Patient Health Education and Follow up of Patients rights implementation.

5.7 Working in irregular shift hours in order to cover ambulatory care twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Some experience in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics and OB/Gynae

Education

Graduate from a recognized medical school . MBchB with Four (4) years post-graduate experienced.
