الوصف الوظيفي 5.0 Duties and Responsibilities 5.1 Supports and assist the Head Nurse on promoting a good working atmosphere and in making most effective, efficient use of staff supplies and services. 5.2 Assumes responsibility for quality of care delivered to patients. 5.3 Assess patient needs and condition. 5.4 Collaborates with other health care team members in planning and providing safe and comprehensive care. 5.5 Performs procedures accurately, completely and safely according to hospital policy. 5.6 Maintains a clean & safe environment for the patient. 5.7 Complies with hospital wide and unit specific policies and procedures. 5.8 Respect the dignity of patient and maintains confidentiality. 5.9 Acts as mentor and assist with orientation of new staff. 5.10 Recognizes and follows infection control practices. 5.11 Takes personal responsibilities for own personal development and keep up to date with professional change and development including English language. 5.12 Takes personal responsibilities for own professional development and keep up-to-date with professional change and development including English language. 5.13 Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to dress code policy. 5.14 Participates in environment safety awareness – CPR, disaster, fire and infection control. 5.15 Demonstrate knowledge of the hospital quality program. 5.16 Participates in CQI activities. 5.17 Performs other applicable task and duties within the realm of her knowledge, skills and abilities as assigned and delegated in accordance with the hospital policy. المهارات Knowledge of Middle Eastern culture & customs. Good interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in written & spoken English.
