Duties and Responsibilities
Supwising the trayline in preparing meals þrovided to the patiens and guests.
Supervising the receipt of supplies and following-up the method of preservation.
Supervising the preparation of meals and following-up with head chef.
To conduct the Patient’s Satisfaction Survey every six months to know the patient’s concerns and feedback regarding the Dietary Services.
To contribute as required to relevant areas of health education.
To assist in research projects and relevant education of medical, nursing and catering staff.
To assist with the production of teaching aids and diet sheet required by the department.
To liaise with Catering Department.
To cover duties of the other members of the department, as required, due to leave or sickness.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Technical nutritional care management in a specialty area.
Hand-on in diet preparation.
Computer Technology.
