Designing and optimizing logistics networks, including warehouse and transportation systems, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Managing inventory levels and ensuring that sufficient stock is available to meet customer demands. Developing and maintaining relationships with logistics service providers, such as freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as import/export regulations, hazardous materials handling, and transportation safety standards.
