Site Administrator officer (NEOM Project)
Managed day-to-day operations for all construction sites.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office policies as needed
Arrange travel and accommodations
Schedule in-house and external events
المهارات
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role in Construction Area.
Solid knowledge of accounting and office procedures.
Spoken and written English. Spanish and desirable.
Experience with office management software like SAP or MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience range: 5 to 10 years
Any nationality. For non saudis is a must hold a transferable iqama.
