الوصف الوظيفي • Represent the Growth Mindset within the company. • Develop regular /ad-hoc reports and dashboards. • Simplify and interpret data using data storytelling techniques. • Perform behavioral analysis and follow their performance on a weekly/monthly level. • Perform demand projection, reporting, and growth metrics tracking on a defined basis. • Create, test, and derive suggestions for a hypothesis, using the acquired deep analytical understanding of the drives and challenges in the growth department. • Develop data pipelined, write complex queries and perform analysis using advanced SQL. • Responsible for mentoring the demand projection vs targets on a daily basis. • Responsible for funnel analysis, and channel optimizations by evaluating channels that yield the most growth potential. • Understand and identify the big picture along with the minor details of growth functions and build a correlation between all the related components. المهارات • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar. • Proven experience in B2C sales. • Knowledge in areas similar to category management, retail, or customer analytics. • Expert in reporting and data visualization, Tableau preferred. • Experience with querying and statistical analyses of “Big Data”. • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. • Basic knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of the customer journey • Advanced in data analysis, KPI tracking, spotting opportunities and challenges related to growth, and data visualization. • Proficiency in Excel, Advanced SQL. • Communication, Problem-solving, Mathematical, and Analytical skills are essential in this career field. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/اخصائÙ-Ù-Ù ØÙÙ-تسÙÙÙ-رÙÙ Ù-4633631/ |
