Monitor construction activities related to civil works

Monitor the schedule and milestones
Review changes to schedule and drawings

Update all subordinates concerning schedule changes and work allocation

Provide targets to supervisors and ensuring their achievements

Follow up all purchase requests with procurement and material

Follow up with PMV and laydown for equipment and material

Prepare weekly update of all work undergone

Implement approved construction department’s policies, processes, and procedures

Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Support in monitoring day to day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures

المهارات
10-15 years of experience in heavy civil works, experienced in different types of buildings, structures and underground utilities, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Ability to read drawings
Familiar with MEP Works
Communicate clearly and professional both verbally and in writing.
Fluent in Englis
