الوصف الوظيفي 1. Analyze data related to process improvement outcomes to improve quality and disseminate the information to relevant departments. 2. Prioritize CQI areas according to Data Analysis and results to CQI & PS Director. 3. Issue and disseminate an annual report on health care outcomes analysis to all departments. 4. Send annual report on health care outcomes analysis to MSD CQI & PS department. 5. Issue a periodical by CQI and Patient Safety Department to all departments about opportunities and progress in CQI Projects. 6. Participates in CQI & PS System Improvement activities. 7. Participates in CQI & PS System Control Activities. 8. Participates in CQI & PS staff Development activities. 9. Maintain confidentiality at all times. 10. Suppot the quality assurance activities of the team and activity contribute to the identification of needed improvement in current service provision and strategies. 11. Participate in the Environmental Safety Awareness, i.e. CPR, Fire and Safety, Infection Control and major disaster plan of the hospital as indicated. 12. Ensures continuous quality improvement and patient safety with full compliance to Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Standards and Saudi Central Board Accreditation for Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) standards. 13. Participates and contributes to Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, System Improvement, System Control, Staff Development and Fire and Safety Practices. 14. Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities. المهارات 2.
