1.Can clearly understand civil design drawings and discover any mistakes and contradictions as soon as receiving designed drawings.
2.Communicating with designer and client for detailed technical issues and drawing details. Recording the latest drawing state and give comments for all internal received designs.
3.Have civil construction experience for industrial facilities more than 5 years and at least 2 project participation.
4.Be familiar with normal civil regular construction methods and procedures.
5.Be good at English in speaking and writing.
6.Can compile the English MS for civil works and reply owner comments.
