As a mystery shopper, you will be assigned to visit certain restaurants, retail shops, gaming stores, pharmacies etc… anonymously; as if you’re a regular customer to observe and evaluate different areas such as store presentation, customer service, quality of a product, and share your feedback based on specific criteria in a shared survey.
