Responsibilities:
Experience in Human Resources (HR) management.
Experience in developing HR policies and procedures.
Strong Knowledge of Labor law.
Experience in management of employee benefits.
Experience in government platform.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams of individuals at all levels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Serve as a resource to employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
