We are Landscaping Contracting Co., a leading company specializing in Softscape and Hardscape projects. With a strong focus on medium, large, and mega-scale endeavors, we collaborate extensively with government and similar entities to deliver outstanding results. We are currently seeking professional Engineers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Softscape and Hardscape Supervision: Supervise the installation and execution of softscape and hardscape elements, including plants, trees, irrigation systems, pavements, retaining walls, and other structural features.
Finishing Activities: Coordinate and oversee finishing activities, such as the installation of outdoor furniture, lighting, signage, and other aesthetic elements.
Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards, and address any issues or deficiencies.
Site Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of activities.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including progress reports, site instructions, change orders, and as-built drawings.
Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and other professionals to ensure the proper integration of landscape elements into overall design plans.
Material Selection: Assist in the selection of appropriate materials for softscape and hardscape installations, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff members, ensuring efficient and effective execution of site activities.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Skills:

Landscape Design: Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, including softscape and hardscape elements, and their integration into architectural projects.
Site Supervision: Experience in supervising and managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
Construction Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques, particularly as they relate to landscaping and outdoor installations.
Quality Control and Inspection: Proficiency in conducting inspections, identifying quality issues, and implementing corrective measures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Project Coordination: Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage resources, and effectively communicate project requirements and timelines.
AutoCAD and Design Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software to review and modify landscape design plans as needed.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address site-related challenges, resolve issues, and propose innovative solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Health and Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
