Conduct inspections of products, materials, equipment, or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
Perform quality control checks to verify that products or services meet established requirements, including dimensional accuracy, functional performance, and visual appearance.
Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, including measurements, observations, and test results. Prepare inspection reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
Identify and document any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from specifications. Evaluate the severity of defects and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and industry standards during inspections. Identify and report any violations or non-compliance issues.
Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for quality issues or non-conformances. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop corrective and preventive actions.

Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the products, materials, or processes being inspected. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality control methodologies is essential.
Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail during inspections to identify even minor defects or non-conformances. Have the ability to spot deviations from specifications and standards.
Analytical Skills: Apply analytical thinking to assess inspection results, interpret data, and identify trends or patterns. Have the ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate inspection findings, reports, and technical information to various stakeholders. Have the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address challenges encountered during inspections. Have the ability to think critically and propose practical solutions.
