Finishing Engineer

Job Description & Role:

• Overlook finishing construction work and make sure it is delivered with quality within the project timeline and budget

• Coordinate project-related issues with concerned departments and facilitate the process

• Monitor and track the progress of projects against the agreed Baseline schedule.

• Provide regular reports to management on project progress

Additional Requirements:

• Construction experience specially in the finishing area is MUST.

• Must be aware of all the finishing work like Building, tiles, marble, Reflected Ceiling, Skylights, Doors, Windows, Painting, Façade and Ceramics

• University Degree Architectural / Civil is MANDATORY

• 10 years experience in the construction field

• Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSH guidelines

• Ability to read drawings, plans,

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to communicate and report effectively

• Strong problem-solving abilities
