Job Summary:

Senior Network Design consultant with a wide experience in IBS Design-And up to date knowledge and experience, capable to Lead 10+ team with capacity to advise client management about innovation and future technologies related to indoor wireless coverage and network optimization.

Required Skills:

More than 10 years of relevant experience in Wi-Fi Design & Deployment for Enterprise and Carrier Grade networks, experience acquired with major Operators (preferably Western Operators), or leading Suppliers
Experience with Cisco & Aruba Wi-Fi solution is highly desirable.
Tender preparation experience on relevant equipment is necessary. Participate in proposal development and engineering budget planning
In depth understanding and knowledge about Wi-Fi Technology
Detailed understanding of Wi-Fi protocols and Wi-Fi architecture end to end for Public and Offloading networks.
Detailed knowledge and experience in preparing Wi-Fi RF design for dense capacity and coverage requirement for public and offloading networks
Good understanding of different Wi-Fi survey types and their relevance to design
Experience in deploying Voice Over Wireless LAN services
Expertise with measuring and diagnostic tools such as AirMagnet
Deep Knowledge and hands on experience with Wi-Fi vendors product portfolio e.g Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus etc
Expertise in Wi-Fi RF design and modeling using iBwave tool
Minimum Level 1 certified but preference would be given to Level 2 and 3
Experience in working with sub-contractors Wi-Fi design reviews, quality control and approvals.
Ability to formulate WLAs and SLAs to ensure service delivery from vendors and contractors for Wi-Fi projects
Ability to compare & benchmark different Wi-Fi vendors as per their products and determine most cost effective solution
Experience in troubleshooting and formulating guidelines for contractors to do root cause analysis for performance and coverage affecting issues in Wi-Fi after integration and commissioning
Experience in understanding and preparing Wi-Fi performance reports for management review

Salary: SAR 25,000 – SAR 30,000 / Month
Contract Duration: 12 Months
