Maintaining a close relationship with the assigned accounts and creating / following-up on any leads that suggest potential business for the company, as well as performing sales activities, and increasing sales by identifying, convincing and satisfying clients needs. Promoting and improving company’s image and enlarging company’s market share and meeting the organizational target. Also liaising and interacting with management of key customers.
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree Economics, accounting, Commerce, IT shall be preferred
Customer service experience 1 year minimum
English Language is Mandatory
Excellent in Microsoft Office
Experience: 3 to 5 years exp.
Pro-active and highly motivated professional with a positive attitude.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
