الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: 1. Experienced in sales operation from a Real Estate company or industry is highly preferred. 3. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them in line with management direction. 4. Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members on project basis. 5. Sales and Marketing study of all competitors location, product mix, features and prices. 6. Support in build the Price Model and Offering Strategy. 7. Managing overall sales activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and support advertising and marketing promotional events. 8. Commercial & Legal Contractual experience in residential leasing, operations, Budgeting, proposals etc. 9. Manage, Guide, Train & follow up with the sales team on daily bases. 10. Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods. 11. Monitor and assist with customer retention and after sales service. 12.
