Responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process, finding and screening candidates for open positions within the company.
Manage and review the Workforce Planning Process.
Utilize different sources such as: Job-Portals, Internal/external contacts, referrals, advertisements, and agencies to identify high quality potential recruits in line with company specifications.
Review resumes and interview applicants to determine if they are qualified for the position.
Interview potential employees to determine if they would be a good fit for the company’s’ culture and needs.
Coordinate with managers to schedule interviews and orientations for new hires.
Conduct reference checks and background checks on applicants, including drug tests and criminal history checks.
Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates via a variety of direct sourcing methods including advertising, LinkedIn, social media and headhunting.
Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing through to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
Reduce agency recruitment spending by using direct sourcing methods to source candidates.
Oversee the onboarding process and ensure its effectiveness to help your new joiners settle down in their jobs.
المهارات
Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Hands on experience with various selection processes.
Ability to organize skills assessment centers.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
BS/MS in Human Resources Management
