Sudhir Equipment Rental Hiring Credit Controller for Riyadh Branch.
• Nationality: Saudi National.
• Language: English/ Arabic
• Work Location: Riyadh
• Main Purpose of Job.
• To ensure customer debts are paid promptly and company’s AR targets are met.
Principle Accountabilities/Responsibilities.
• Delivery of invoices with supporting documents to customers & get acknowledgment.
• Visit customers to follow-up for payments as per the agreed credit terms.
• Collection of debts in an efficient manner in line with agreed timetables, systems & methods and in coordination with indoor AR accountants.
• Daily updates on payment status of the assigned accounts.
• Weekly cash collections review.
• Communication of disputed invoices, credit notes required. Chasing to ensure a prompt resolution.
• To ensure all invoices are recorded into customer’s books of accounts to match the balance.
• Liaising with sales, hire desk and accounts on all customers related issues.
