We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in procurement with experience in materials such as glass, plastic, and carton.
Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Manage the procurement process from sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet the company’s standards for quality, price, and service.
Develop and maintain procurement reports, including purchase orders, inventory reports, and supplier performance reports.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in procurement.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and procedures.
