Quest is working in partnership with a leading company in the field of commercial and home gym equipment who is looking for a Technical Call Center Specialist (After Sales) to be based in Riyadh, KSA. You will be working alongside a very qualified and professional team.

Responsibilities :
Guarantee timely, complete resolution of problems reported by clients via telephone or email support, through the delivery of parts and/or scheduling of on-site visits by the Technical EngineersHandle support requests originating from clients and transfer of the resultant parts order to the back office.Guarantee product data collection from the marketManage the collection feedback data related to the productsAct as first-line troubleshooting and timely escalation to meet customer SLA’sInteract with Service Teams to ensure timely resolution of issues in line with Customer SLA’s
Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in a call center environment or in a customer service support roleEnglish and Arabic fluencyStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningKnowledge of customer service practices and principlesFamiliarity with CRM systemsCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality types
