Senior Operations Associate

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and driven Senior Operations Associate to oversee the day to day work of our site scanning operations from Riyadh. We’re expanding our business across Saudi Arabia and we need a bold, action-oriented problem solver comfortable on construction sites. This role will see you roll up your sleeves and help build our first KSA base from the ground up!

Ultimately you will manage teams across multiple cities and projects and lead the way in our expansion into KSA.

You will be responsible for taking high quality images of some of the most exciting construction sites in the world. You will also lead a team of our contractors, and ensure that everything we do is streamlined, and operating like a well-oiled machine.

The role places you at the forefront of our day-to-day operations, giving you responsibility and ownership from day one. You’ll be responsible for helping to scale our operations across the country while maintaining and improving on aggressive quality and efficiency metrics.

Some of the work that you will be doing includes:

Visiting sites, conducting large scale image capture and uploading to our company server.
Working directly with our CEO and high profile clients
Assisting and managing our team of contracted site scanners, assuring that we deliver scans on time and with the highest level of quality
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding of new site scanners in line with project growth/forecasting.
Liaising with stakeholders to make sure information is communicated swiftly and efficiently
Monitoring progress across all projects and solving potential issues
Contributing to the development and evolution of our processes and ways of working

Be comfortable on construction sites
Fluent Arabic language skills
Substantial English language skills
Thrive at solving problems quickly and keep cool in stressful situations
Have a strong bias for action
Excel at cross-functional teamwork & communication
Have excellent time management and organisational skills
Be analytical with a desire to measure outcomes
Be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. No visa sponsorship is available for this position

In addition, it is useful but not essential, if:

You speak any additional languages
You have previous experience in the construction industry, or understanding of the construction tech landscape
You have previous experience in a startup environment
