Candidate should have minimum of 7 years of IT Desktop Support Experience in KSA

Must have strong understaning of IT Network Products and Technologies

Should have good customer support behaviour and experience

Should have proven expertiese in resolving IT related issues

Must have CCNA and MCSE Certifications

Should have excellent English Communication Skills

المهارات
Experience with mobile device software troubleshooting (iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
Skilled in fixing issues pertaining to smartphone applications and software.
Good command of remote processing of computing components and spare parts.
Skilled in conducting maintenance, fault-finding, and installation activities of various components in the asset inventory.
