الوصف الوظيفي
Applying the rules and procedures of the warehouses.
Supervise the construction of inventory analysis reports, detect unsatisfactory result areas, and conduct investigations to detect unsatisfactory result areas.
Carry out all procedures related to controlling the restrictions of the movement of items in warehouses to ensure the availability of stock to meet the business needs and operational needs of the center.
Controlling the movement of items and materials in warehouses, determining storage levels according to the minimum and maximum.
Determine the appropriate storage levels and the quantity required for storage to avoid shortage or increase in stored items.
Providing the relevant authorities with information related to warehouses
Assist with critical financial reporting and analysis of relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information is reported
Oversee the calculation of all inventory KPIs (increases, purchase order for delivery, and warehouse productivity) by regularly reviewing performance, comparing performance to targets, and identifying areas of unsatisfactory performance.
Oversee the analysis of business data to make key decisions related to inventory management, transportation and road cost management, storage and distribution methods to enhance the process and ensure a cost-effective warehouse operation.
Participation in inventory committees for warehouses.
Preparing data for the transfer of covenant between employees.
Manage employee performance and development by setting individual performance goals, managing activities and work carried out by direct reports to ensure that it is implemented in an efficient and effective manner.

المهارات
Bachelors in accounting or related felid
5+ Years experience in the field
Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
An analytical mind with strong math skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable and trustworthy
