Develop supply chain department structure. Develop job description of employees working under supply chain department.
Overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
Supports proper utilization of ERP system and integrate with other modules.
Work closely with the IT department to create effective databases to manage and organize warehouse inventory work and check global market changes.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
Develop, implement and sustain a production planning system to ensure on time in full delivery to customers.
Manage current and long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals.
Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
Develop effective communication and processes with the transportation and logistics vendors.
Develop departments overall KPI’s and functional KPI’s.
Share monthly performance reporting to management for better
Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies.
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
Monitor (3P) plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers.
Directly work with sales and marketing department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
