Manages all aspects of the annual budgeting process to establish the cost of projects, profitability, ROI, and other key financial performance indicators
Analyses financial data (e.g., revenues, cost, and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget. Identifies variances between actual and budgeted results at the end of each reporting period
Compares actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances
Undertakes benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
Engages in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control
Lead month-end and year end close process
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
Forecasts cash flow positions and related borrowing needs
Ensures that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements.
Maintains close professional relationship with banks, funding organizations.
Coordinates annual audit process to ensure timely completion of statutory audit of the financial reports in accordance with national regulation.
Conducts financial risk assessment and advises on ways to minimize financial risk.
Maintains company-wide insurance policies and periodically reviews cover and renewal costs, tendering for alternatives if required.
Develops and provides reports on trends and projections for the company’s financial status.
Collates and analyses financial data such as costs, variable contributions results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Evaluates and disseminates the company’s financial performance using key data
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Ensure proper settlement of Taxes (VAT and WHT) and their due reporting to authorities.
المهارات
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance.
Minimum of five years’ experience in financial function within the continuous process projects sectors.
Demonstrable experience of accounting standards issued by the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) which are fully compliant with IFRS but including such policies on Zakat.
Experience of forecasting methods and data analysis
Evidence of good oral and written report presentation.
Fluent in written & spoken English language
Strong in Microsoft Office” Excel”
Experience with creating finical statements
Experience with dealing with local banks especially in project process.
