Represent client’s interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, contractual and non-contractual expectations, deliverables, and other factors to internal team members.
Designated point-of-contact to manage and handle various clients and accounts and also focuses on fostering a relationship with the clients, preferably long term.
Analyze client’s business and acquire an understanding of their end goals, obligations and other resources to speak for them better while representing them to the internal team.
Create a structural arrangement to facilitate periodic client calls, prepare relevant presentations and conduct important meetings while ensuring that the clients are supplied with reports regularly.
