#Recruitment_Consultant is required for one of the Multinational companies in #KSA #RIYADH
Job Reasonability’s
Established personnel policy and processes to meet key business objectives.
Research into competitors and market place Monitor and update the current processes and procedures as per the business needs
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans Stay up-to-date on labor legislation changes in regulations
Reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly with the updates and analysis of requirement.
Build the company’s professional network through relationships
Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures
Optimize recruitment and selection processes, policies and tools to improve efficiency
Optimize reference checks to verify candidate quality
Qualification & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
MALE ONLY
Minimum 10 years of experience in Recruitment consulting
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent with prioritization and time-management
