The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned goals.
Responsibilities:
Formulate detailed technical recruiting documents for sourcing and analytical purposes.
Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
Utilize various platforms to attract skilled professionals for various organizational profiles.
Plan a full-proof hiring process that covers the six stages of recruitment, from preparation to the onboarding stage.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.
Screen resumes and job applications for different positions.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or similar.
Bilingual (Fluent in English & Arabic) with effective communication skills.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Recruitment consultant, Recruiter or similar role.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Bayt.com and others.
Ability to conduct interviews in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines
Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Bachelor’s degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
