Assets Manager

Manage and oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all assets and properties
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the assets
Identify opportunities for cost savings and increased efficiency
Monitor and report on the performance of assets and properties
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that assets and properties are being used to their fullest potential
Ensure that all assets and properties comply with local laws and regulations
Stay informed about market trends and identify opportunities for new investments

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in assets management
Proven experience in managing assets, preferably in a real estate or property management context
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software
