الوصف الوظيفي 02. Close coordination with the division manager to identify the list of project requirements . 03. Identify the RACI chart to assign the project requirement to the concerned department. 04. Follow the project startup requirement with all concerned departments upon closing. 05. Help the delivery manager and the division manager choose the right project manager for the new project. 06. Provide the project manager with technical orientation and project handover. 7. Give the project managers and division managers your expert opinion on everything that has to do with the PMO. 08. Coordinate the kick-off meeting for the new projects with the division manager and project manager to ensure that all client requirements are met. 09. Manage with all PMO departments to make sure that the project team has been oriented to the project management process and procedures. 10. Give advice about the horizontal or vertical movement of resources after coordinating with the PMO’s relevant teams (planning, cost, and HR experts). 11. Coordinate with project managers and division managers at the demobilization stage. 12. Work with the project manager to make a list of problems so that it can be tracked and fixed when the project is done. 13. Help the project manager figure out if the snag list is valid and if it fits within the scope of work in the contract. 14. “Deep diving” into serious problems could make it harder for the group to figure out what’s going on and come up with a solution. 15. Give a list of the deliverables for the big project so that the delivery manager can keep an eye on it and control it from time to time. 16. Work with the project managers and division managers to make sure the project is handed off correctly and that all demobilization action plans are carried out in the right way. 17.
