We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead the transformation of our heavy machinery and production center department into a stand-alone company. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan to separate the department and production centers, and for managing the transition to ensure the new company is able to efficiently serve the main construction company on a rental basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a plan for separating the heavy machinery and production center department into a stand-alone company
Coordinate and manage the transition to ensure that operations are not disrupted
Ensure that the new company is able to efficiently serve the main construction company on a rental basis
Control costs and manage the budget of the new company
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees
Provide leadership and direction to the new company’s employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Ensure that the new company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

The required skills for the Heavy Machinery and Production Center Transformation Manager position include:

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
Business management skills, specifically in the construction industry
Knowledge of operations and workflow of heavy machinery and production centers
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Experience with business transformation and change management is a plus
Strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong Project management skills and experience
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the construction industry.
