Understanding company needs and planning sales goals accordingly.
Setting individual sales targets with the existing sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Establishing marketing activities for the company.
Enhancing and empowering the skills of existing sales team.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
