Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Preparing the yearly and monthly purchasing forecast according to sales forecast.
Coordinate with finance and warehouse for the daily work.
Negotiate on behalf of the organization and maintain good relationships with vendors.
Making a quarter evaluation for the prices of the raw materials.
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Track the incoming shipments and coordinate with Finance, Warehouses, and clearance agents.
Analyzing data to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs for both inbound and outbound logistics.
Developing and managing budgets for logistics operations for both inbound and outbound logistics
المهارات
Deep knowledge of inventory, logistics and supply chain management.
Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge about the importation process, SFDA requirements and customs clearance.
