Manage Recruitment (Onboarding) new hires (Local and Overseas), Acquisition and Offboarding line with Labor Law and Company Policies
Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and implementation as per the Laws and Company Policies
Handle all the HR and Administration issues related to Saudization, Labor Office, HRDF, GOSI, Qiwa etc. (all Government relations)
Prepare and implement the required Manpower and Budget as per approval
Conduct periodic Performance Appraisals and provide feedback
Handle Employee Training and Development
Administer and Manage Payrolls and benefits for employees
Smooth running of HR information system
Timely update of HR and Administration Policies in line with Saudi Labor Law
Submit monthly and yearly reports to Higher Management as required
Other Jobs as assigned by General Manager

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
10+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management in Restaurant Business Company with 300 plus employees
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
