الوصف الوظيفي
1. Responsible for introducing, management, and promotion of platform agencies

2. Search for agencies with rich talent resources through different channels; find and discover new cooperation resources based on business needs

3. Connect with the agency, have a deep understanding of agencies, and invite high-quality talents to the live platform

4. Monitor the weekly / monthly data of agencies, draft / adjust / optimize the operation plan accordingly

5. Responsible for maintenance of the relationship between agencies, talents, platform, and users

المهارات
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English

2. Have good interpersonal communication skills, writing skills, data analysis skills, and teamwork awareness

3. Have a strong sense of work responsibility and good enduring pressure ability

4. Work experience and resources in the live streaming industry is a plus
