• Welcoming customers upon their entry

• Give customers drink lists and answer their questions about ingredients

• Take orders with attention to detail (eg coffee blend preferences, dairy products, and sugar percentages)

• Prepare drinks by following the recipes

• Serve drinks and prepared foods .

• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)

• Keep the bar area clean

• Keep stocked cups and plates clean

• Check if brewing equipment is working properly and report any maintenance needs

• Compliance with health and safety regulations

• Send customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
