Liaise with the stewarding manager in order to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas of the kitchen, such as machinery, small kitchen equipment, floors and fridges.
Maintaining the kitchen equipment and ensuring their longevity to execute kitchen operations properly.
Preventing any damage to kitchen equipment so that the quality is maintained in cuisine preparations.
Ensure that all the ingredients fall under the established quality standards and if they’re correctly ordered.

Flexibility to work different shifts and during weekends.
Sound knowledge of the established food safety practices and the strategies to ensure the regulations are maintained during food preparation.
Experienced in handling multiple shifts to assist other team members in developing food items, menus, and proper presentation.
Experienced in developing food items according to the instructions of the head chef.
