Recruit, hire, and train sales team
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting products
Establishing new business
Maintaining accurate records
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
المهارات
Experience required: with good contacts with government entities and other companies for the construction side, museums, exhibitions.
Team player (he/she normally coordinates as well with colleagues in main office Madrid – Business Development Manager / Director)
This position reports to the Middle East Director / KSA Country Manager.
Experience range: 10 to 15 years
Fluent English
