BASIC FUNCTION
The Procurement Document Controller coordinates all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, records, and commercial correspondence.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing the Purchase Requests (PR), mentioning the GL code, the project code, and all details.
Obtaining signatures from the management and scanning the documents and maintaining the records on the server.
Preparing the Purchase Request (PO) on the Oracle Fusion platform and maintaining the log for Purchase Orders prepared.
Updating all the Procurement files on the server based on the projects and the PO numbers and organizing all the documents to ensure easy accessibility for all the departments.
Maintaining cash ledger for the flow of petty cash and preparing expense vouchers.
Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.
Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Document Management System.
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Procurement, or any related field
Experience
· Previous experience within a document control environment and experience using electronic document management systems, with at least 5 years of in-hand work experience.
Skills
· Background into ISO 9001: 2000 requirements ref. data/documentation capture
· Understanding of paper handling systems, document registration, filing, numbering, and archiving systems
· MS Office computer applications, especially word and excel.
