The core objectives of the marketing department are:
Create leads by identifying and utilising the ideal incoming and outbound traction channels.
Aid in the conversion of qualified leads into customers for the sales team (i.e. strategic drip campaigns and content creation)
Create a branding and communication strategy for your company, and use both online and offline channels to effectively target your ideal consumer profile.
Engage with the company’s clients directly through a range of administrative and employee-focused activities.
What will you be doing?
Recognising and utilising new lead generation channels. This includes market research, agency outreach and budget optimization
Supporting the Marketing Manager in current inbound and outbound marketing activities (both online and offline initiatives)
Applying the technical aspects of digital campaigns on internal and/or external third-party platforms (i.e. Customer IO, Salesforce, Unbounce and Zapier)
Taking charge of the operational elements of marketing projects (i.e. setting up email and drip campaigns)
Helping the marketing manager develop and carry out PR-driven efforts including events, networking opportunities, and sponsorships
Identifying and helping to deliver upon content needs across departments
A/B testing marketing content across digital platforms, including copy, design, and execution
Producing reports on a monthly and quarterly basis that provide the marketing manager with useful information to analyse, enhance, and carry out marketing projects
Following the marketing budgets the marketing manager sets
What are we looking for?
Three to four years of relevant marketing expertise
It is essential to have extensive digital and technical skills.
Be a collaborative individual who can establish and uphold strong bonds with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Possess strong analytical and data-extracting skills, as well as good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as a strong capacity for critical thought and problem-solving
Meticulously prepared and structured
Fluency in Arabic and experience working in a high-growth setting (both written and verbal communication)
Living in Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom
