Establish the milestones required to ensure successful progression and completion and communicate those clearly to the package contractors.
Ensure smooth workflow by collaborating with subcontractors, internal, and external teams on various project-oriented facets.
Track technical team’s performance and suggest suitable modifications as per necessity.
Record and implement all the instructions from the client’s team on the working site.
المهارات
Experience in hotel construction and finishes projects preferable
Good coordination with the clients on the basis of technical specification and employer requirements.
A decent understanding of client-side requirements in terms of technical facets.
Adept in implementing building and construction principles knowledge, with hands-on expertise in design, risk management, and other relevant tasks.
Technical education in Engineering, preferable civil engineering or architecture.
15 years of experience on similar roles
Fluent English
